La musica è un linguaggio universale perché ovunque essa si manifesta ha una forte capacità di aggregare le persone. Lo stesso si può dire del cibo, o meglio della cucina, intesa come l’atto del cucinare insieme. Musica e cucina sono espressioni artistiche che non hanno confini e non necessitano di parole per promuovere il dialogo e l’inclusione. Sono linguaggi universali che creano relazioni.
Domenica 7 aprile – presso il mercato del Carmine di Lucca – si è svolta la prima edizione di Cook_inc. Festival, che ha declinato questi linguaggi con delle conferenze di esperti di diversi settori: Andrea Pieroni, professore di etnobotanica, Massimo Vitali fotografo e Francesca ed Elena Paternoster apicoltrici. Inoltre un panel composto da Fabio Pracchia giornalista, Agata Felluga chef, Maurizio Carucci musicista e vignaiolo insieme ad Alberto Farinasso di Triple A ha dato vita a una tavola rotonda su vino e musica come mezzi espressivi.
A completare la giornata, un commovente reading musicale di Maurizio Carucci frontman degli Ex Otago; le mostre fotografiche di Massimo Vitali e Tommaso Protti; la mostra dell’artista e writer Paolo Zero-T e per finire la cena-performance Gelinaz! NAH BGM NOW organizzata dagli chef del ristorante Giglio con ospiti dall’Italia e dal mondo. Un party eclettico accompagnato dalla musica ambient live di Paul Kerdommarec e l’elettronica funky di David Gudenzi e William Petrini. Le ultime note musicali della serata sono state curate da Fischio Sound system con il loro Vinile DJset.
