In the heart of the Prati neighborhood, Gastronomia Gabrini is born as a contemporary reincarnation of the Italian rotisserie concept, in the space that once hosted the historic Franchi. The project is signed by Camilla Castroni, Leonardo Di Vincenzo, and chef Marco Moroni, seamlessly blending past and present into a “full-day experience” of gastronomy: from breakfast to dinner, including lunch and aperitivo.
The menu ranges from pizzas, focaccias, and gourmet leavened products to hot and cold dishes, fried foods, rotisserie meats, traditional first courses, and seafood specialties. Gabrini embodies a virtuous model of modern gastronomy: authentic, accessible, and deeply rooted in the culture of good food.
