BÆST is a restaurant, not a pizzeria, and everything is made from scratch with organic and local ingredients. Cheeses, fresh mozzarellas, Hindsholm pig charcuterie, and much more make BÆST unique. Opened in 2014 with the dream of creating a culinary temple of craftsmanship and Italian gastronomy. The intention was never to create an “authentic” Italian restaurant, but to create something truly unique in Nørrebro. They have succeeded with fantastic reviews over the years, awards for some of the best pizza in the world, and many happy guests.
