Cook_inc. is an independent magazine that explores food through the stories of culture, people, and places. The “inc.” stands for inclusive, reflecting our belief that every voice and perspective deserves a seat at the table. We see food as a universal language that brings people together, and we celebrate this everyday through our long-form journalism. With a sharp eye for detail, we prioritise quality in everything we do, from the stories we craft to the way we curate and share them.

Cook_inc. is an Italian publication born in 2011 in the rolling Tuscan hills of Lucca, where our HQ still is. Our content has always been international and is now, for the first time, available online in English. We can’t wait to bring you the print edition in English soon too!
