Eugenio Signoroni
Born in Brescia, he dabbled in Vittorio Fusari’s kitchens for fun, but life led him to Piedmont to study at the University of Gastronomic Sciences. From 2010 to 2024, he served as curator of Osterie d’Italia and, from 2012, of Birre d’Italia. He is the author of Il piacere della Birra, Cuocere, I Paesi della Birra – Belgio, and Fresco, as well as the podcasts Piano P Lievito Madre, Beer Revolution, Una storia dolcissima, and L’oro e la schiuma.
