Sisu is a contemporary bakery, specialty coffee shop, and bistro born in 2024 in the Darsena area of Milan, created by three young entrepreneurs: Alessandro Sanso, Giuseppe Gallello, and Silvia Dell’Acqua. The gastronomic proposal is international, offering pastries from around the world (croissants, cinnamon rolls, babka, Tropézienne…), savory pastries, and dishes from Northern Europe to America. The name “Sisu.” derives from the Finnish term used to indicate perseverance and determination, values embodied by the project’s founders.
