Cantonese nostalgic cuisine in the heart of Copenhagen is what you can read on the Instagram bio of this relatively new restaurant on the Danish capital’s scene (open for about a year) in an inner courtyard of Kongens Nytorv, the city’s largest square. What one cannot imagine is how surprisingly amazing a Chinese heart and passion cuisine can be, created by the hands of an Australian chef, Will Smith (former head chef of Geranium).
