Serena Guidobaldi

A freelance journalist, university lecturer, comic book author and cook, she recently published the books L’Appetito (Appetite) and Cibo e Identità (Food and Identity). She writes articles on animation, humour, travel, art and food, focusing her research on the role of food in defining the identities of peoples and societies.
