Melinda Joe

American journalist based in Tokyo, Japan. His works on food have appeared in publications such as Newsweek, Wall Street Journal, CNN and Departures Magazine and have been translated into four languages. He writes about Japanese drinks in his column for the Japan Times, “Kanpai Culture”. Certified sake and wine specialist, she is president of the jury for the sake division at the International Wine Challenge in London.
