AM par Alexandre Mazzia is a three-Michelin-star restaurant in Marseille, where cuisine turns into a sensory journey of over 40 micro-courses. The chef, born in Congo and with a past in professional basketball, breaks every mold of classical French gastronomy. His cooking is intense: spices and acidity coexist with technical precision and creative freedom. Each dish is a fragment, part of a culinary symphony that blends African memories, Mediterranean influences, and radical research. Nothing is conventional, from the menu to the plating.
