Neolokal

Neolokal is a fine dining restaurant located in the Karaköy district of Istanbul, inside SALT Galata, overlooking the Golden Horn. Led by chef Maksut Aşkar, the restaurant offers contemporary Turkish cuisine that reinterprets traditional recipes in a modern key. The sustainable approach and the promotion of local producers are central to the restaurant’s philosophy. The seasonal menu changes frequently and includes tasting options with selected Turkish wine pairings.
