{"id":214279,"date":"2025-11-07T04:55:00","date_gmt":"2025-11-07T03:55:00","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/cookinc.it\/?p=214279"},"modified":"2025-12-01T05:52:04","modified_gmt":"2025-12-01T04:52:04","slug":"immoral-recipes","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/cookinc.it\/en\/2025\/11\/07\/immoral-recipes\/","title":{"rendered":"Immoral Recipes"},"content":{"rendered":"\n\n\n<p class=\"is-style-emphasis wp-block-paragraph\">There\u2019s a kind of hunger that\u2019s never satisfied: it doesn\u2019t belong to the stomach, but to the skin, to memory, to desire.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">t\u2019s the one that Manuel V\u00e1zquez Montalb\u00e1n, in <em>Immoral Recipes<\/em>, turns into a literature of the body and of taste, a breviary of pleasures where eros and food merge like lovers who recognize each other by touch.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Starting from this sensual and ironic universe, the project <em>Immoral Recipes<\/em> by Giulia Brighenti and Talisa Cattini, in collaboration with chef Luca Marchini (of the restaurant L\u2019Erba del Re in Modena), reinterprets three emblematic dishes from the book \u2014 <em>Pane e pomodoro<\/em>, <em>Pat\u00e9 caldo di funghi Maite<\/em>, <em>Crema al vino e limone<\/em> \u2014 as fragments of an erotic atlas. Here, food is not represented: it is evoked, touched, smeared, savored.
