Cheeses, fresh mozzarellas, Hindsholm pig charcuterie, and much more make B\u00c6ST unique. Opened in 2014 with the dream of creating a culinary temple of craftsmanship and Italian gastronomy. The intention was never to create an &#8220;authentic&#8221; Italian restaurant, but to create something truly unique in N\u00f8rrebro.
